We are the Aerialist Press and we love all things ink, paper and printed. Crafting affordable letterpress wedding invitations and stationery are what we do and what we love. Our style runs the gamut from sweet and lovely to bold and striking. We are inspired by couture fashion, vintage finds, well-made paper, old stamps, first editions, the San Francisco bay area lifestyle, great Neruda poetry, 20s, 30s, and 40s architecture and natural floral landscapes. We cater to the discerning bride and paper lover who is not satisfied with the average or the ordinary.
We are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the small artisan community of Emeryville, and provide our stylish, fresh and luxe letterpress paper products to engaged couples globally. We work on two truly antique turn-of-the-century Chandler and Price platen presses, feeding each sheet of paper by hand, the old fashioned way. We combine the old-school method of printing with new digital technology that allows us to print anything we can design on a computer. Offering our clients a wide array of letterpress-worthy design options coupled with exquisite paper and a commitment to crafting eco-friendly invitation suites is our focus. We believe our couples should want it all and have it all, so in addition to our standard house suites, we also offer couture designs: custom orders carefully and lovingly tailored to your letterpress style and vision.
